If known, provides most accurate prediction

How This Works

This calculator uses multiple methods to predict adult weight based on current age and weight. The most accurate predictions come from:

  • Known parent weight (most accurate)
  • Growth curve analysis for puppies 6-16 weeks old
  • Breed size growth rate factors
  • Standard growth completion percentages

When to Measure

For best accuracy, weigh your puppy at 12-16 weeks old. Puppies grow rapidly in the first year, with smaller breeds reaching adult size sooner than larger breeds.
